Application Checklist

Applicants must demonstrate a gross household income of at least 2.75 times the monthly rent and maintain a minimum credit score of 650. In addition, applicants must provide three (3) years of verifiable rental history or homeownership, with no record of unpaid rent, late payments, or lease violations.

Each applicant will be required to submit three months of pay stubs, three months of bank statements for all checking and savings accounts, and two personal references. Applicants must also demonstrate liquid reserves equal to at least two (2) months of rent.

A criminal background check and valid government-issued identification are required. Each adult occupant (18 years or older) must submit a separate application and pay a non-refundable $55 application fee.

Applications will be timestamped and reviewed only after all required documentation has been submitted in full.

Please note that the following dog breeds are not permitted at the property: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Presa Canario, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
