A former professional football player and team member of the NFL Minnesota Vikings, Blair Walsh is now part of the top-producing Brian Sperry Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker in Newport Beach. After a prolific seven years in the NFL, where he participated in First-Team All-Pro and the Pro Bowl, Blair received his salesperson license and has transitioned into a successful residential real estate career in the affluent Newport Beach region.

Blair’s NFL background has given him many unique experiences to draw from when assisting his clients. While involved with the NFL, Blair regularly negotiated high-profile contracts with different executives. Whether he was negotiating a contract extension or a free agent contract, he had to be savvy on the market analytics and trends, in addition to having keen instincts to ensure he could negotiate the best possible deal.
